Tuesday Layout Highlights!

Hi!  It's Linda again, and each week I'll be browsing Cheri's Dream Big Designs gallery at ScrapOrchard and picking out a few layouts to highlight.  One way to add lots of drama to your layouts is to include circles.  You can do this by using circle photos and circular mats, but also by selecting round elements to give the page a softer feel.

Take a look at this layout called Monster Jam - Page One by Kateolas.  It's made with 'Monster Truck Madness'.  The first thing that catches your eye is the big circle photo with the large circle frame.  There's several other circle photos to keep the theme going, but notice how she used the wheel, gears and buttons which helps to soften a rather masculine themed event.  Great job!

On this page called Artist by Carrie1977, you immediately are drawn to the center of the page, but then your eyes can't help but circle around and around and around.  The circle text keeps that movement going.  The paint splatters on the paper with all the hand prints gives it a softer feel.  What a gorgeous layout with 'Artsy Bundle'.

Fabulous layouts ladies!  And thank you for inspiring us to experiment more with circles!

And here's the 2 fabulous kits those layouts were created from:
