Wow, it's already the month of May. This weekend is National Scrapbooking Day and Dream Big Designs along with Scraporchard has so many fun events happening that you don't want to miss. Mark your calendar for Saturday May 5th for lot's of freebies, blog train, scrap Olympics, chats and challenges. Plus there's a huge Farmer's Market sale where Cheri has lots of $1 products. Now let's take a look at some eye candy in Cheri's Dream Big Designs gallery at Scraporchard. First up is a layout called egg-dorable by dagi made with 'Some Bunny'. I love all the slanted angles, and triangles. Plus the banner adds more geometric drama to the page. The large amount of white space on the bottom nicely offsets the intricate patterns on tops. Fabulous page! And you can't help but love that sweet little face!
Next is a hauntingly beautiful page made by y_baros called Shipwreck made with 'Pirate Pillage'. She created such an eerie feeling to her page by using black and white photos and selecting a solid grey background. And look at how her fabulous BEWARE title blends right into the sky. Wow, what a powerful page!
